Update on IBN Appeal
Please read on for an update on our recent IBN Appeal for Ukraine, Middle East Gaza and Israel, and Thimar/LSESD in Lebanon.
We are so grateful for the generous giving of 20 individuals and 3 churches to the Appeal we launched before Christmas.
IBN has been able to send;
£8,700 to Ukraine for winter/ongoing relief ministries;
£6,900 to Gaza/Israel to offer support from the Hamas /Israel War; and
£3,200 to Thimar/LSESD in Lebanon. This has been allocated to their “Salt and Light” programme.
We know our brothers and sisters in EBF and THIMAR in Lebanon are putting these resources to good use, in God’s name.
Please continue to pray for a just peace in Ukraine and a ceasefire to enable more humanitarian relief in Gaza.
IBN is keeping this appeal open, as the need in all these areas has not reduced and therefore we will delete the reference to “Christmas and Advent” from now on.
